Shipping and Delivery Process

  • We offer free shipping for all orders with a cart value of USD 250 and above.
  • A flat shipping fee of USD 15 applies to all USA orders below a total cart value of less than USD 250.


  • We offer free shipping for all orders to be delivered within India.
  • We work with our delivery partners to have your order shipped to you safely. We ship via Bluedart, Delhivery, XpressBees, Ecom Express etc.
  • All  in-stock orders are shipped using standard shipping and are typically delivered within 5-7 business days of shipment. *Delivery to metro locations is usually faster.

    What about customs and duties?


    If you’re based in India you’ll receive your piece from our Hyderabad studio duty free!


    If you’re located in any other part of this beautiful world you might be subject to duties. It’s best to check your country's regulations before ordering. Import taxes, customs fees and/or other duties might be charged depending on your location. You will be responsible for these charges. Please keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.


    • We aim to dispatch all orders within the shipping time mentioned on the product page. Yamoona does not process, ship or deliver orders on weekends or national holidays. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
    • While we aim to process your orders as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.
    • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
    • Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, multiple orders will have to be placed.
    • We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3 weeks of your placing the order, inclusive of processing time. However, in some cases, we may take longer to ship the order as we may have to make/procure it.
    • While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
    • Our customer service may contact you for additional information if required. After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
    • Please note that there may be slight differences between the product images and the final product due to lighting, stone color, plating color, and other factors.
    • If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer support at for immediate resolution. Please check our returns and exchange policy for more details and eligibility.

    Made-to-order and Customizations

    Out of stock orders that are being made specially for you and any customized orders will take an additional 3-5 weeks for our workshop to create based on the quantity and workmanship and will be shipped immediately after.


    All orders are insured during the time they are in transit until they are delivered.
